A finely renovated rustic
Casa Castellone is immersed in the green Piacenza hills, located just 5 km from Pianello Val Tidone. The two-storey house offers on the ground floor a kitchen with a wood-burning oven and basic appliances, the dining area and the living area boast two stone fireplaces. On the first floor are two bedrooms: one with a double bed, a terrace and a dedicated external bathroom and another with a double bed, a single bed and an internal bathroom. Outside there is a large terrace and a garden.

Casa Castellone is located in an ancient, skilfully restored hamlet where a small castle from the Longobard era stands. We are immersed in greenery, in the heart of Val Chiarone in a protected area. The 350 m altitude and the location allow for fascinating views. Nearby there are CAI trails that lead into chestnut woods and where the sandstone allows prickly pears and unique flora to grow.

Recognising the potential of a place and imagining a project where others saw a ruin. This was the intention of Luigi Fornasari, a building contractor who made a project his reality.
